Qualifications should include the following:
- 21 years of age or older
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable vehicle for daily use
- Reliable cell/smart phone for daily use
- Appropriate business casual attire required
- Outside Business-to-Business Sales/Account management preferred
- Basic computer/software knowledge required
- Adhere to standard working hours 7-4, M-F
- Refined communication skills are required
- Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious with a professional demeanor.
Basic duties are but not limited to:
- Plan daily sales regimen with appropriate number of sales calls daily
- Manage/maintain current customer base within assigned territory(s)
- Increase sales and product lines within current customer base
- Increase market share within territory(s)assigned by closing new clients
- Provide solutions and increase profitability with current and prospective clients
- Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned territory(s) and adhere to company policies regarding Accounts Receivable
- Provide Daily Call Reports
- Adhere to all Deano Hardwoods guidelines and policies as stated in the company handbook.
