Bookkeeper

Qualifications should include the following:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Appropriate business casual attire required
  • Firm understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Proficient in computer/software knowledge
  • Able to communicate in a professional manner
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious

Basic Duties

  • Prepare financials to be submitted to Accounting Firm
  • Submit Local and State Sales Taxes on a monthly basis
  • Payables/Receivables
  • Payroll
  • Human resources
  • Inventory control
  • Scanning documents to the Cloud
